This is the secure online payment system trusted by millions of users. We accept credit and debit card payments in our retail store and with phone-in or mail-in orders. Just so you know up-front - there will be a 2.6% card usage fee for each "plastic" transaction. We will gladly accept your personal check or money order. A $35.00 service charge will be applied to any returned checks. We are also happy to invoice customers with good payment history. We ship via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We will be glad to calculate your exact shipping cost on your invoice if you are unsure about how much to apply for shipping.

The local pecan crop is shaping up to be good this year after a couple of "short" seasons. Pecans can be a bit finicky when it comes to bearing fruit. Like Goldilocks, they want just the right amount of sun and rain at just the right time. (Sounds just like people doesn't it?) We have brought in some extra folks to help us through the busy season. Even though they are in training they have hit the ground running as your orders have already begun to come in.
Our office manager, Dawn, and Karen, the plant manager, are definitely not in training and we are still here to help you with your orders and questions. We enjoy talking to our customers on the phone and we really love meeting you face to face! If we aren't here you can leave a message but you won't have to navigate an aggravating voice menu or place your order while talking to some artificial intelligence creature. We are determined to provide excellent customer service so we will do all we can to fill your orders promptly and correctly. If we do get something wrong (it does occasionally happen since the last time I checked we were still human) please let us know so we can make it right.
We treat your gift orders with extra special attention. If you want, we will include your personalized, handwritten message on a card at no extra charge. Our custom baskets are assembled with care and are welcome gifts...they don't have to be dusted or fed!! If you have any questions about making a customized gift basket or decorative tin, please contact us and we will be happy to help you work out the details. Customer service is the top priority with us! We give individual attention to your order to be sure it pleases you. If you aren't happy...we aren't happy!
