A KETO & WHOLE 30 friendly product!

Years ago, pecans were roasted in our plant for an ice cream company to use in butter pecan ice cream. One of the managers decided that the pecans were “too darn good” to just use them in ice cream. The product was named Munchin’ Pecans and they began to vacuum can the unique product as a stand alone item. We continue roast and lightly salt these pecan halves in coconut oil, in 60 pound batches, here in our plant. They are weighed by hand and vacuum canned in our ancient canner named “Susie” – one can at a time. Customers often use the word “addictive” to describe our Munchin’ Pecans. I like to use them in pecan pie for a little extra “oomph” with a sweet/salty combination.
